Travel With Me Group Cruise FAQs
Below, you will discover details regarding what is included, what is not included, and the terms applicable to this group cruise.

What Added Expenses should I expect?
There are always opportunities to spend more money while on vacation, but the top additional items to consider are noted below. We will work together to personalize a budget outline based on your travel goals and style.
Airfare: I can quote and book this for you. Can take the train or drive as an alternative.
Travel Insurance: Cruise Line or third party (Single Trip or Annual Policy) are available.
Premium Beverages: Soda, specialty coffee, mocktails, alcohol, energy drinks, etc. Packages are available.
Ground Transportation: I can quote and book this for you if you don't want to use a rideshare app.
Onboard Extras: Spa services, casino play, upcharge food options, onboard shopping, etc.
Excursions: The rate does not include any on shore activities. Free activities are always an option, or I can help you find a structured excursion.
How do I book?
In order to be in the group rate and get the perks and onboard credit, you MUST book through me! While you are able to use many VIFP rates if they are better than the block group rate, I still have to create the booking on your behalf within the umbrella of the group. This cannot be changed after the fact.
Travel Documents
U.S. citizens taking a "closed-loop" cruise (sailings that both originate and terminate in the same U.S. port) are not
required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver's license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID.
Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship and if 16 and over a photo ID is also required.
While a passport is not a requirement for this trip, I highly recommend it to simplify your travel experience.
Cancellation Guidelines
These guidelines are per Carnival Cruise Line to note the penalty timeline for cancellation.
Days Prior to Departure Date: Cancellation Charge (Per Guest)*
Up to 91 days: None (except Cruise Charges with non-refundable payments*)
90 to 56 days: Deposit
55 to 30 days: Deposit or 50% of Total Fare, whichever is greater
29 to 15 days: Deposit or 75% of Total Fare, whichever is greater
14 days or less: 100% of Total Fare
