There are always opportunities to spend more money while on vacation, but the top additional items to consider are noted below. We will work together to personalize a budget outline based on your travel goals and style. 

Airfare: I can quote and book this for you. Can take the train or drive as an alternative. 

Travel Insurance: Cruise Line or third party (Single Trip or Annual Policy) are available. 

Premium Beverages: Specialty coffee, mocktails, alcohol, energy drinks, etc. Packages are available. 

Ground Transportation: I can quote and book this for you if you don't want to use a rideshare app. 

Excursions: While there are plenty of things to do that are included onboard, the rate does not include any on shore activities. This is also something I can quote and book for you. 

In order to be in the group and get the perks and onboard credit, you MUST book with me as your First Mate (representative)! If you wish to generate the booking yourself, you are able to do so through my affiliate link here, but send me an email as well to confirm that the booking came through on my end, so I can add you into the group, confirm your details, and answer any questions you have. 

All travelers must have a valid passport with at least six months before the expiration date after the end of our cruise (July of 2026).

Your cancellation policy per Virgin Voyages 

- You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your departure date. If you're booking at this time, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

- After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you can request a Future Voyage Credit at this time.

- From 119 days up to 45 days from your departure date, your available options are:

• Receive a “Future Voyage Credit” in the amount paid that can be applied to a new sailing up to 1 year after the original Voyage date.
• Change to a new Voyage date up to 1 year after original Voyage date.
• Change names on the reservation; permissible up to 48 hours before your Voyage sailing date.
• Submit an insurance claim if travel protection (aka travel insurance) was purchased.   

- At 44 days from your departure date, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to transfer, sell, or otherwise have someone go in your place up to 48 hours before your Voyage.
